A summary of events for the coming year:
- We are excited to enter our first full year with Harris Computer as our partner with our EDI solution ClaimsConnect. We are looking to increase the options and value proposition for this solution reaching out to more of our customers to satisfy their claims processing needs.
- We continue to make progress toward the release of myHelper and hope to have a web-based solution available for those who have been patient with our work behind the scenes. This will lead to more flexibility for your practice and the ability to connect to the emerging digital landscape for behavioral health.
- We are completing testing for the Helper connection to the North Carolina HIE which will serve as a template for future connectivity with other State HIEs.
- We will also be working to add to our Service offerings for Support and Billing to allow you to shift your valuable resources away from administrative tasks and toward clinical outcomes.
